1) Wake up early早起身

Early risers are able to start their days ahead of everyone else byexercising and finding some personal time. They also tend to be happier and aremore proactive.

早起的人拥有的时间都比晚起的人来得多,可以花时间来跑步和享有私人时间。再加上,早起的人通常都会比较快乐,做事情时也比较积极主动一些。

  2) Networking建立工作关系网

Research has found that networking can lead to people performing better atwork and increases the chance of landing a job. Networking helps our successfulpeople be more innovative.

 6) Write to-do lists the night before睡觉之间都会列出每日工作清单

Successful people are known for writing their to-do-lists the night beforeso that they are able to set priorities for the following day.
