First of all, let me tell you a story that happened 2 years ago. At the end of August, 20xx, when I decided to come to Beijing for study, my friends helrewell Party for me. They said: after your graduation, you should look for a job in Beijing, and then in 20xx, we shall go to visit you during the Olympic Games. I laughed and answered: OK, no problem!
Time flied and 2 years passed. Now I am a graduate. My teachers and classmates always ask me: what's your plan after your graduation? Go back home, stay in Beijing, or go to some other places? And I always answer: I will stay in Beijing. I make this decision not because of my promise to my friends 2 years ago, but because: I've fallen in love with Beijing! I'm eager to welcome the coming Olympic Games together with my fellow countrymen, and I wish I could do something for the Olympics for the city.
As we know, Beijing will host the 29th Summer Olympic Games in 20xx. As a Chinese, I think many people are thinking: what we can do for Beijing Olympic Games. Most of us are not athletes, we cannot take part in competitions directly; we are not officials either, we don't need to do the preparatory work. We are only ordinary people, what we can do!
There are still so many things we can do! For example, for me, I am a graduate majoring Business English. 大家好！
我是来自龙王庙总校龙王庙希望小学的英语实验教师——李桂平。首先我很感谢教研室的领导给了我这个向大家学习的机会。今天我主要想与各位一起分享本人在小学一年级英语“跨越式”试验中教学方面的一些做法和心得。在座的各位都是有着丰富教学经验的同仁，有不妥之处还望老师们批评指正。
我们龙王庙总校的领导就决定抓住孩子们的语觉生长发育的关键期，在小学一年级进行“跨越式”课题的英语学科实验。我担起了一年级英语的教学工作。一直担任高年级英语教学工作的我，茫然了。因为我们没有一年级的英语教材，也没有这方面的经验可以交流与参考，毕竟一年级的孩子和五六年级的孩子各个方面的差别都很大，再有就是对于“跨越式”的理念也是一无所知，无名的压力便在我的心中油然而生。不过，经过专家组的第一次培训，我仿佛明了了许多，我便对能很好的把“跨越式”的理念运用到我的教学中充满了信心。现在，将我在这一年中的做法在这里与大家一起分享：
一、了解学生特点，制定合理学案
根据一年级孩子的年龄特点表明：他们年龄小，表现欲强；有广泛的情感需要；情绪容易兴奋；以自我为中心，全神贯注于他们自己的世界；容易分散注意力，也容易热情；学得更慢，忘得更快；他们是优秀的模仿者；对自己感兴趣的事情会长时间地集中注意力；记得快忘得也快。而且我们学校一年级共有3个平行班，每个班的孩子都表现出不同的学习特点：一班的孩子们活泼、好动；二班的孩子稳重、好强；三班的孩子却腼腆、扎实。
因此，我根据他们显现的不同特点以及新起点一年级英语教材的编写特点，每节课前我都会认真书写教学设计。例如，针对一年级孩子记得快忘得也快的特点，在每节课的前5分钟，我都会设计不同形式的单词复习：一班我会采取“猜一猜少了哪个单词”的游戏形式；二班我会采用“开火车”的游戏形式；而三班我则用“我问你答”的形式进行复习。然而，在针对一年级孩子容易分散注意力这一特点中，我在新知学习的环节中，主要采用动画呈现、动作模仿、歌谣吟唱等形式。
二、营造良好的课堂气氛，讲求方法丰富课堂
小学一年级的英语教学中，从小学生日常生活中接触到的物品的单词学习到日常会话，比较全面具体。内容涉及的范围也比较广泛，有水果、颜色、动物、文具、身体部位、1到10数字等等。但是虽然说具体广泛，使用起来还是有一定的难度。因为一年级的学生大都在六七岁之间。他们感觉的情绪性和无意性很明显，对自己感兴趣的知识能记得很牢，反之，则很快忘却。他们的有意注意的持续时间短，常常对学习过程、学习的外部活动和学习的形式感兴趣。所以，教学方法很重要。
1、创设生活情境。对于一年级的孩子们，教师可以抓住学生刚开始学英语的时机，进行一些“身势语言”的情景教学，让他们从直觉上感到“英语很有趣”。例如，在教低年级学生时，恰当地运用bodylanguage，让学生律动起来，会让学生很有兴趣。在讲animal这一单元时，我用大屏幕出示一幅动物园的图画，并且指着那里的兔子说“Thisisarabbit。Rabbit、rabbit”然后，用两根手指在头上当作兔子耳朵，一边蹦一边说“Rabbit”。就这样连续做两次，孩子们就在快乐的学习氛围中学会了这个单词。再有就是，在教身体各部分的名称时，教到哪个单词，就让学生手指着自己的身体部位。Head,学生就指头，
nose，学生就指鼻子，训练由慢到快，还可以交换，两个同学互相操练。之后，学唱歌曲head,shouldersandtoes,让学生边唱边做动作，唱时也可以由慢到快。气氛到达高潮，学生非常高兴，学生不但学到了知识，同时也觉得很有趣。
2，制作形象图片。小学低年级的学生直观形象思维占主导地位，他们对形象、生动，色彩鲜艳的图片非常感兴趣。这需要教师用大量的时间来制作各种教学图片。比如，学生认识各种交通工具时，我就把这些交通工具制作成头饰，每次上课时我就自己戴着头饰走进教室，小朋友们就会用汉语说，好漂亮的小汽车。于是我就接着用英语说：“Hello！Ｉamacar.”接着让学生一起读这个单词，教读几遍之后就让学生自己上来戴起头饰说：“Hello！Ｉamacar.”学生的积极性一下子就提高了，争着上台表演。以后学了其它交通工具就可以让几个学生同时戴着头饰互相问好。比如说：“Hello!Iamabus.”“Hello!Iamaplane.”还可以加上平时用的问候语“Howareyou？”“Nicetomeetyou!”等。另外，还让学生戴着头饰跟着音乐一起开小火车，围着教室开一圈，并带着动作。这样，学生不但学得快，还记得牢，也增加了学习英语的兴趣。
3，充分利用媒体资源。在小学英语教学中，直观教学多优于一般的讲解，利用生动、形象的电化教学手段进行听、说训练很容易，使学生产生新奇感，使学生能够集中注意力，可加深学生对所学知识的理解。如：在新授bed，lamp，telephone等单词时，把这些单词所表达的事物制成多媒体课件。当屏幕上出现了形象逼真、色彩鲜艳的画面时，学生的注意力马上集中到了屏幕上。这时，我就趁机教学What’sthis?It’sabed.反复几次，学生不仅掌握了单词拼读，理解了词义，还掌握了What’s?？It’s?的句型。
在教学打招呼用语时，用自制课件，将孩子们喜爱的卡通猫制成小动画，并拟人化，加以配音。小猫的卡通形象深受孩子们的欢迎，动画一播放，小猫
的.顽皮与可爱立刻深深地吸引了孩子们，只见小猫边做鬼脸边说：“Hi！Iamacat！想和我交朋友吗？那就先记住我的名字吧，cat！”小猫一说完，孩子们就迫不及待地练习起来，很快就记住了cat这个单词。这时教师适时点拨：“想和小猫交朋友吗？那你必须要有礼貌地和它打招呼，这样小猫才会高兴，才愿意和你交朋友。谁想先和cat交朋友啊？”孩子们都举起了小手，争着打招呼。每说对一个，小猫就会给他奖励，翘起它的大拇指，说“Hello！你真棒！”或“Hi!Good！”听着小猫的夸奖，孩子们的兴致更高了，说得就更起劲了。都努力地表演，教学气氛非常活跃，学习兴趣不断高涨，在很轻松、自然的环境中复习、运用了所学知识，取得了良好的教学效果。
4、适时合理的评价。对于一年级的孩子来说，他们年龄虽小，但同样渴望成功。对小学低年级学生而言，被老师表扬是莫大的成功。我记得第一次给一年级学生上英语课时，学生们就会不停地用“Hello,MissLi！”“Hello！”热情地向教师招呼。他们所表现出来的对英语的热情似乎很高。那么如何让孩子们的热情一直延续下去呢？教师要有能激发孩子们学习热情的评价方式。在教学中，我采用了单词小卡片的形式作为奖励，当课上表现很好时（课上积极回答问题、和同桌到前面表演），我就会发给他们单词小卡片。而且每个人的小卡片积累到20张时，就可以到我这里换一张奖状，并且把他得到奖状的照片打印出来，张贴到教室的墙壁上，所以每节课他们都认真的学习，争取他们的相片被贴到教室的墙壁上。
5、约定俗成的口令。多数的教师希望自己在课堂教学时不必去管理学生，希望学生能好好学习、专心于课堂活动。可教师们会时常发现，在课堂是要耗费许多时间来维持课堂秩序和纪律。所以，建立良好的课堂常规甚至比教学更重要，一年级教学主要是培养学生形成好的学习习惯。于是，我便制定一套贯
穿整个课堂而且能朗朗上口的口令、拍手、动作歌曲或韵律诗等吸引学生注意的信号，让学生做出口头上和行为上的反应。这样可以集中学生的注意力。例如，我说：“Onetwothree”，孩子们就会回答：“Seatwell”并坐好；而我说：“Seatwell”，他们就会坐好并拍手回答：“Onetwothree”等等。再有就是课堂的表扬口令“Good，good，youaregood！”“Great，great，youaregreat！”
6、有效儿歌教学。新起点一年级英语教材中，每个单元中都穿插了许多旋律轻快、节奏感强的说唱歌谣，它们节奏感强、有动感，要求学生用手拍或脚蹬等肢体动作来配合表演节奏，更能有效激发学生大胆开口说英语的欲望。如教Animals时，可以把单词编成：hellocathello，hellobirdhello，helloduckhello，hellohellohello，并且还配有动画，孩子们就在儿歌中快速的学会了这些动物名称。像这样的儿歌受到了孩子们的喜爱，也大大提高了他们学习英语的兴趣。教学实践证明，大多数学生都能自觉的复习旧歌，学唱新歌，从中体验通过英语儿歌学习英语的成功和快乐。
三、开展丰富多彩的课外活动，营造英语学习氛围
根据学生学得快忘得也快的学习特点，我们知道仅仅依靠课上的40分钟，是远远不够的。因此，开展各种形式的课外活动是必不可少的。
1、要与学生约定一般情况下，在课下见到老师（尤其是我），要使用英语来问候，进而培养他们运用英语交流的习惯。刚开始孩子们有些胆怯，可是有一两个孩子说了之后，又得到了老师的表扬，其他同学也慢慢的用英语和老师打招呼。
2、画画是孩子们情有独钟的爱好，无论是画得好，还是不好，他们都喜欢在本子上画来画去。于是，我就结合这一特点，每天布置一些这样的课外作业。由刚开始的制作简单的单词卡片到制作一些有情节的对话，他们表现出了

three,major in tour guiding friends alway said ,I look like they like to call me Sunny in its a big pleasure to stand here to show you my topic today is “never give up”
“Its long long journey,till I know where I supposed to be”,life is just like journey ,you never know what will happen,Luckly , I am a tour guide on my own way to journey ,tour guide take me out of cross way .i like to be tour guide and I want to be ing our life travelling ,we may come across lots of pleasant or unpleasant things ,but we must go on ,yes?Going on to find the way to make our beautiful dream true ver they can be changed into experience in our life ,so let it be ,and never give up .

Yes ,the spirit of “ never give up” achievement herself for us,do we try our best to make our dream ture ,can we always find a reason that we can do when we come across troubles ?I cant help recalling my life ,two years ago ,when I first came into the colleage ,naturely
shy ,ordinary looking and average scoers in my study .i just like a ugly duckling and have little confidence should I do ,I asked myself ,am I take back seat to others .i want to fly and proud tell the world ,I am coming .i remind of Deng yapping ,she can overcome the problem of her height ,so can I tly ,I pay more efforts on my study and take part in competions course I did and I gained lots of experience ,furthermore ,I gained courage and coffidence to face any troubles in my life ,thanks to competitions!

各位老师大家上午好，
非常高兴能有这个机会跟万宁的小学英语教师进行共同的学习和交流，经过一天的学习大家辛苦了，那么按照原计划呢，……。今天上午我将会把我自己从教12年来的一些教学经历、教学叙事等和老师们分享，我是这么一路走来的，我觉得自己还是一个在成长中的、需要更多磨练、需要更多学习的老师，希望今天的内容能和老师们一同共勉。
首先我会谈谈我自己的教学经历，然后我想在我们每一位老师的职业生涯中，您会有各种各样的经历，而这些经历大部分来自于我们的课堂，来自于每一堂课，所以接着我会从我的角度跟大家分享如何上好一堂课，那我的最后两点是我认为对一个小学教师的成长非常重要的另外两个因素，我会和大家交流一些看法。我从上培训机构里面的demo课到上一堂普通的课，到全国的赛课，我曾经多次的思考过到底怎样才算是一堂好的课，我们如何从上好一堂课迅速的成长起来。那么，给大家分享5条有关好课的标准：
一堂好课是有意义的课： 对学生来讲，初级的意义至少是学习到了东西， 再进一步来就是锻炼了能力， 近而发展到获得良好的，积极的情感体验， 产生进一步学习的强烈要求。在这个过程中他会越来越主动投入到学习中去， 有意义的课，也就是一堂扎实的课， 不是热闹的课。
有效率的课：从面上来说对全班多少学生有效率，对好学生，中等学生，困难学生的效率，是否相同； 效率的高低， 没有效率就不算是好课。有效率的课，也就是充实的课， 是有内容的课。
生成性的课：一节课不完全是预设的课， 而是在课程中有教师和学生的真实情感与智慧的交流。这个过程既有资源的生成， 又有过程状态的生成。这样的课可以成为丰实的课， 内容丰富， 多方活跃， 给人以启发。我们经常会听到老师们问how are you 学生回答 师问：are you happy No let’s play a game， 所有的问题与回答都是老师设计好的，作秀课。
常态下的课：课堂的价值在于通过师生碰撞，相互讨论，生成许多新的东西。这样的课称为平常的课，一堂实实在在的课， 不仅现在可以上， 什么时候都可以上。 要淡化公开课， 多上研讨课。 不管谁在听课。我们都要做到旁若无人， 心中只有学生。说得容易，做得难，需要非常多的积累。
有待完善的课： 一节课不可能十全十美， 它应该是真实的， 不加粉饰的， 值得反思的，注重重建的课。 只要是真实的，就是有缺憾的。
讲到这里请大家告诉我您的一堂课包含了哪些教学程序，我这里指的是新授课，：那么接下来 我会和大家一起走进课堂从开始的热身环节谈起，分享我的一些做法，或是我观察到的别人的好的方式。
热身 形式有
主要目的：我用了三个激活，激活学生已有的兴趣，调整学生情绪，引导学生集中注意力，并让学生将已有的兴趣英语化，将兴趣与英语学习融为一体。激活学生已有的知识与能力。我们的英语教学就是在学生已有的英语知识和能力之上进行的。这样就需要经常去激活学生已有的知识和能力，来讲授新的英语知识，培养新的英语能力。 激活课堂学习氛围，让学生在有利于英语教学的课堂氛围中学习英语。（请大家举例warmer）
导入呈现阶段：这是英语教学过程中的最重要的环节之一也就是一种示范，我个人认为也是给你这堂课加分的地方，因为前面的warmer 时间短，这里的导入呈现做得好，会让人有眼前一亮的感觉。在要求学生运用所学的新语言之前，呈现给学生新的语言材料，这些语言材料是指什么，是指要让学生学习掌握的词汇、目标语句、对话或短文，当然也不是说一次性全部塞给学生，我们要让学生获得第一次感知，使我们的孩子在学习的第一时间知道所学语言的音、义和形，由教师把新的语言知识和能力、新的语用功能、新的语义示范给学生，让学生认识了解；形式有…… 呈现方式：挂图或简笔画：不看课文而是看着挂图或教师的简笔画，直接感知教师的语言。注意语言尽可能原原本本地呈现课文，不走弯路；
细分开来这阶段包括导入、新知呈现、知识讲解三个部分。
教材呈现：直接打开教材，看课文内容，默读或听教师朗读课文；
录音呈现：听课文录音，可看或不看课文内容；听录音前要布置任务，而不是让学生们漫无目的的听。这些都是整体呈现的方式。
播放动画或录像呈现：让学生看动画片或录像，听课文录音，看课文文字。这就是视觉、听觉、图像、声音等调动多种感官参与的学习活动，是最有效的呈现。这一阶段应该注意的问题：帮助学生从已有的知识过渡到新语言学习，引导学生进入学习状态； 导入过程为新知识的呈现搭桥、铺路、为新知学习和新技能训练做好心理和知识准备； 这个阶段应以激发兴趣为宗旨，时间不宜过长，形式不宜过于复杂；因课型的不同而不同，做到有序安排、形式活泼、手段灵活、方法多样；注重实效性。在呈现部分：因为是学生第一次接触课文的活动，要让学生感知将要学习的词汇、目标语句和语篇等教学内容； 目的是让学生对课文有整体的理解，主要是让学生知道今天要学习的语言知识是在什么语境下怎么用的；可以采用直观手段，如果有条件可以通过多媒体形式，让学生直接感知，建议老师们利用挂图或教材降低学生对课文的理解难度。
举例……。这些presentation都是让人眼前一亮的，让我们觉得这个idea真的非常的好，学生也能在最短的时间里面被吸引，自然而然的进入新课的学习。UN building
接下来我们看操练环节：这个环节在我们的小学英语课堂所占的比重是比较大的，（时间分配上preration3分钟presention5分钟，practice10—15分钟的时间）特别是在新授课，这部分起着非常关键的作用。我们要让孩子们更好的掌握所学知识，我们就要在这一环节尽可能的做到扎实有效。有这样一些方式…。句子的操练 词汇的操练
在是语言操练的最初级阶段，我们会选择模仿性操练，也叫机械性操练。在听音会意的基础上，学会语言材料的发音，并通过发音加深对语言材料的理解；这里我们要注意学生对单词、词组的发音及对语句的整体模仿；（chopsticks）（想进一切办法让孩子们多读）大小声 看口型 手指 卡片 个人读 开火车（检查每个孩子的发音是否准确）注意模仿质量，有些学生使劲的大声读，扯着嗓子喊，老师都听不清楚发音是否准确。我们要尽可能让学生在模仿时把所说的语句和图片所示的'内容及其情境联系起来，体会单词与
句子所表达的内容。
伴随着学习能力的提高，进度的推进，我们进入是语言的第二层次的操练：替换性操练。目的：学生熟练掌握语言的外形结构，举一反三，熟练套用并掌握目标语句；（这里想提一下这个举一反三）这里要注意循序渐进、由浅入深。在初始阶段，句子应简短，容易上口，并随之加快速度，做到脱口而出。（I like football I like playing football I like playing football in the park）在此基础上，再要求学生利用所学过的知识，或自己身边物品或发生过的事情来替换（I like basketball）；这就是从学生的实际情况出发，关注他们能力的培养。（Chant song 互动）比如我们在听课时经常会听到有的老师利用两只老虎的曲子来配上我们学习的语言知识来唱歌do you like swimming do you like swimming yes I do yes I do do you like dancing No I don’t请老师来改 （reading singing）
操练的更高形式是拓展性的操练，这是学生从语言理解到熟练再到掌握的重要环节；这个环节不论是对老师还是对学生的要求都比较高，我们要精心设计。目的：通过反复强化训练，引导学生从对语言的机械认识转向理解识记，进而达到长时记忆；基本形式：教师利用身边的资源实物、卡片、图片等，为学生创设一定较为真实的情境，让学生运用新学句型进行交际，让所学的语言知识更具真实性、趣味性和实用性。在这个环节，请注意我们老师的示范、调控作用，
针对以上三种操练形式，给大家展示几个案例，show me your ear （一起做） I have a …me too （dress）请两名学员 Let’s chant （先让学员读）
1、 What’s this It’s a…（动物、食物、水果等等）
2、 图片how many apples do you want
3、they’re enough（新标准上面几乎没有write）
小结一下，在操练这个环节我们要尽可能少的机械性操练，尽可能多的语境化操练 ，针对真实目的的操练，针对真实困难的操练，要给学生真实语境中为了真实语用目的的练习。否则孩子们会觉得无趣，没有挑战性，特别是高年级的孩子们，他们逐渐对操练活动失去兴趣。
成果展示（拓展…）：形式有…目的：通过引导学生学会综合各知识点和各种语言材料，培养学生能就具体情境正确应用语言的交际能力。注意是用所学的知识和技能来完成一个任务，可以在小组或结对中完成。（攀登英语）看图讲解
录像 录音 注意及时的评价是否课堂上完成 小组评 全班评
小结：通过教师主导的总结或是教师引导学生的自我总结，对本节课的英语语言知识和能力进行归纳总结，既让学生会明确本节课的课后复习巩固目标和重点，又帮助学生形成明确的语言意识，强化学生对多学知识的记忆。比如我们会把这堂课小组评价的结果小结一下，（得分）回顾本课所学等等，（有的老师时间把握不好的 会狠狠的利用这个环节）
最后是布置作业：是课堂教学的有效延伸，要考虑内容、形式，还要具有：层次性、巩固性、拓展性、发展性，不要成为学生的一种负担。我认为我们布置的作业，我们要能检查、能监督、学生能完成，否则就是无效的作业。讲解…

我不知道在坐的有没有教研组长，我觉得科组组织的教研活动是锻炼老师的一块阵地，（提问：我想请问在座的老师近3年来你离开学校参加培训的次数，除了这一次以外，有两次的举手，出省参加培训的老师）对于一线教师来讲，能够走出来参加培训、学习的机会是非常少的，但是如果我们的教研组长能组织好校内的校本培训，那将对老师的成长起到非常大的作用。每个学期我都会组织一些科组活动，比如……。
然后就是学科活动…。虽然我们没有走出学校，但是我们能通过这些锻炼自己，磨练自己，提升自己。
不论结果怎样，我们选择了一份神圣的职业，作为一名英语老师，我们应该是教英语的老师还是…以下的话跟大家一起共勉，读：…
